Dead Puppies in Food-Smeared Bins—Help End These Horrors!

UN LAB Middleware Label: Title Ends

Update (August 31, 2026): PETA joined other orgs in submitting a complaint to New York authorities based on info from a Marshall BioResources insider. The whistleblower reported that an employee stomped on a dog’s neck as sodium pentobarbital was injected into his stomach—causing him a sensation similar to “being burned alive from the inside.” Workers hurled dogs “like Frisbees” against cage walls, causing their jaws and heads to shake. And Marshall allowed puppies to suffocate in food pans. Please send a polite email to Wayne County District Attorney Christine Callana, [email protected], asking that her office work with law enforcement and authorize humane officers to conduct an unannounced inspection of Marshall’s facility, seize animals, and open a criminal investigation into alleged violations of state law by Marshall.

Original post:
Our dogs and cats have unique life stories, from their time before adoption to becoming our BFFs. But if they had been born at a Marshall BioResources facility, their miserable lives would be cut short by experimenters who see them as nothing more than lab equipment.

Video footage captured by The Camp Beagle shows beagles crammed in poop-covered cages inside a Marshall facility in the U.K. This multinational factory farm breeds and sells dogs, cats, ferrets, and others to laboratories to use in deadly experiments. 😨

A puppy, reportedly at Marshall BioResources’ New York facility, lies dead in a food-smeared bin.

The footage shows beagles pacing back and forth and jumping around, stressed from living in a metal enclosure 24/7.

We’ve also received video footage, reportedly from the laboratory supplier, showing a tethered and panicked beagle wearing a tight-fitting mask covering their snout. Marshall BioResources charges a higher price for dogs it claims it has “trained” to wear inhalation masks to make it easier for experimenters to test poisonous chemicals.

After living in filth for their entire young lives, the dogs are tossed into a truck like luggage and hauled off to laboratories where they’re abused and killed in gruesome experiments. 🤬

Whistleblower pics recently shared with PETA from inside Marshall’s New York facility show ferrets locked inside dingy wire cages caked in poop, while beagles and their puppies sat in barren cages above soiled concrete.

This ferret had extensive sores over his body.

The whistleblower also said that cages were only cleaned every two weeks, feeders were moldy, and puppies were commonly found dead in their enclosures with large amounts of blood.

What You Can Do

These animals need you to speak up for them—please urge the U.S. Department of Agriculture to revoke Marshall’s license!
