The fashion retailer sells dresses and other clothing made with feathers, silk, wool, and cashmere. Let’s zoom in to see where this stuff comes from.

Feathers: Torn from birds who are electrically stunned and have their throats slit.

Silk: Stolen from silkworms by gassing or boiling them to death.

Wool: Taken from sheep who are violently shorn over and over before being killed.

Cashmere: Ripped from screaming goats before workers hit them in the head with a hammer or simply cut their throat.

I just found out that House of CB still sells clothing made with feathers, silk, wool, and cashmere. Billions of animals suffer and die in these industries every year: I urge you to ban the use of feathers, silk, wool, and cashmere in your products and switch to vegan materials!

Exploiting animals for their body parts is violent and destructive. Birds are electrically stunned and have their throats slit in the feathers industry; silkworms are gassed or boiled to death in the silk industry; sheep are violently shorn over and over before being killed in the wool industry; and goats are pinned down and have their hair ripped out in the cashmere industry. Industries like these also contribute greatly to global warming and pollution.

You have a chance to help save animals from extreme suffering and to show your young customer base, which deeply cares about animals and the environment, that you share their values.

Please do the right thing and stop selling any products made with feathers, silk, wool, or cashmere! Until you do, I’ll get my clothes elsewhere and let my friends know to do the same.
