Are we seriously at the point where real animals are being hurt for stuffed animals? đ«© Yup. FAO Schwarz sells teddy bears made with mohairâaka hair sliced from bleeding goats!

PETA Asia investigations have exposed the mohair industryâs violence. Workers drag goats by their limbs and horns, throw them across floors, and leave them to suffer with untreated wounds.
Goats wag their tails and jump for joy when theyâre happy. Mother goats form strong bonds with their babies, and both mother and baby recognize each otherâs unique callsâor âbleatsââshortly after birth. đ But in the mohair industry, goat kids are shorn starting as early as 6 months old. And as soon as theyâre seen as no longer useful, workers kill the goats.

Nobodyâs childhood should be ruined for teddy bears: Neither goat kids who donât want to suffer, nor human kids who donât want to harm animals. Please urge FAO Schwarz to drop mohair teddy bears ASAP! đ§ž
